Booked & Beautiful is a recurring series of unfiltered, unapologetically Queer and Trans-focused programs in the style of your favorite TV talk shows.  Featuring conversation, performance, video and audience participation! RSVP recommended.

Your new favorite host SNJV (pronounced: sun-jeev), mistress of many arts, brings his sparkle and shine to the library for a new talk-show-style program featuring conversations with the boldest change agents of the queer and trans community.  Our third episode features Tito Soto, founder of the weekly drag spectacular "PRINCESS, and known as the "Drag Prince of the West Coast."  Hold on to your wigs!

Tito Soto is a distinguished drag artist of 10 years, celebrated for his high production, innovative performances. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Tito draws inspiration from iconic artists like Freddie Mercury, KISS, Elton John and Lady Gaga. His pieces are renowned for their unique storytelling, incorporating intricate projection mapping and visuals, props and interactive elements. Beyond performing, Tito is a prominent event producer in San Francisco's drag scene. He is the founder of weekly drag spectacular "PRINCESS" at Oasis Nightclub on Saturday nights, which has also traveled to Los Angeles and New York City. He is also the co-producer of other Oasis productions such as its new underwear night, 'Hole', latin night, 'Perreo Pari' and the Oasis Open Vogue Ball. In 2022, he established the High Princx Pageant, an annual competition that celebrates seasoned drag performers, highlighting the diversity and talent within the community.

SNJV is an artist using dance, drag and drama to showcase humanity. Infusing culture into dance and fashion, SNJV creates performances for stage and film. With over 30 years of performance, SNJV has presented work globally, holds the title of Mr. GAPA 2019-2022, the first South-Asian title holder in GAPA’s (GLBTQ+ Asian Pacific Alliance) history. In addition, he is the co-founder of Parivar — a social collective to support and celebrate Queer and Trans communities of the South Asian diaspora. He is also an educator who lectures about his research on drag, dance and identity. SNJV recently premiered his newest production, The Definition of Drag — a cinematic and dance journey showcasing the artistry and intention of Drag.
