5:30 - 6:15
Megan Heuer, certified sound healer, will lead participants in a sound bath session filled with the gentle yet resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls and the soothing sounds of nature. Participants can lie down or sit to allow the tranquil vibrations to wash over them, aiding in the release of tension and prompting of deep relaxation. Each tone and rhythm blends into a therapeutic symphony, guiding the group into a state of peaceful rejuvenation and inner calm.
Mats will be provided to sit on the grass, but we encourage you to bring your own blanket or lawn chair.
Look for the Bookmobile near the intersection of John F Kennedy Drive and Conservatory Drive West.
This event is outdoors and will be canceled in the event of rain.
