Breathwork Based Meditation, rooted in ancient wisdom and modern science, is a practice that harnesses the breath as a powerful tool for relaxation, clarity, and self-awareness. Guided by a certified Art of Living instructor, participants will be gently guided through a series of breathwork techniques designed to calm the mind, release tension, and promote deep relaxation. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this session offers something for everyone. No prior experience is necessary, and all are welcome to join regardless of fitness level (age 18+).

During the session, you will:

Experience the profound benefits of conscious breathing for stress reduction and emotional balance.

Cultivate mindfulness and presence through focused awareness on the breath.

Explore the connection between breath, body, and mind, and discover the potential for inner transformation.

Build better wellness practices and learn ways to improve your health.

This program is sponsored by Friends of the San Francisco Public Library.
