Presentation: Small Business Financial Management 101

Get familiar with some business financial management concepts, effectively manage cash flow, understand your financing options, and learn how to price your product or service. Improve your ability to prepare for unforeseen financial difficulties and acquire skills to increase your company's revenue and profitability.

This workshop is presented by Eddie Tang and offered in partnership with the Small Business Services at the SF LGBT Center. Eddie Tang is the Small Business Consultant at the SF LGBT Center where he has been managing their small business program for the last five years. Being a business owner for over 9 years, Tang is able to draw on his own experience to support entrepreneurs. Tang received his MBA from the University of San Francisco and also served as a Business Advisor and Financial Advisor for a large bank for many years.
