3rd Decade is a national nonprofit that provides financial education and mentoring from a financial professional for young adults.  This presentation will introduce you to the 3rd Decade program while discussing the “Magnificent” 7 principles that will get you started on your path to understanding your finances and beginning your path to financial success. 

Presenter Bio:

Joe’Mar Hooper is the Chief Executive Officer of 3rd Decade. In this role he is charged with overseeing the delivery of its mission to change financial futures of young adults, while ensuring the growth of the organization in all aspects.  Joe’Mar comes to 3rd Decade having served nearly 20 years in leadership in the government and non-profit sectors leading departments and organizations specializing in public policy, finance, public safety, and community and economic development.
