Learn and practice beginning Tai Chi guided by Laura and Gary Smoot. This Yang Style Long form consists of slow, circular, soft flowing movements to boost strength, balance and circulation.
Class will be divided into two sessions: the first class will start at 1:30 and end at 2:15, the second class will start at 2:20 and end at 3.
