Discover strategies to help you achieve your financial goals, whether it’s establishing savings for an emergency, making sure your paychecks last through the month, paying off debt or whatever other objectives you have in mind. We’ll explore the advantages of creating a spending plan, tracking your expenses, creating a map of your goals and how to reach them as well as practical tips for saving and managing debt.

This workshop is presented by the SF LGBT Center and the San Francisco Financial Empowerment Center. The SF LGBT Center’s Financial Services department offers tailored programming and education on housing and financial wellness.

Get expert help in managing your finances and learn how to make well-informed financial decisions about spending, saving, taxes, investing, retirement, estate planning and more.

Financial Capability Month

Presentations on a wide menu of topics, ranging from the basics on saving, financial planning and cash flow management, to investing, retirement planning, property tax and insurance sub-limits throughout the month of April.

This program is sponsored by Friends of the San Francisco Public Library.
