Deborah Deras is a leading expert in AI for small businesses. Deras is currently developing an AI Certificate Program at Santa Barbara City College. She is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at the University of San Diego, focusing on AI’s impact in the workplace. The founder of Synergy Unlimited LLC, Deras has over 25 years of experience in corporate training, consulting and keynote speaking.
