Bring your bag of "whoas." Sezin Devi Koehler, author of Much Ado About Keanu: A Critical Reeves Theory, presents a new set of lenses through which to experience Keanu Reeves movies from an intersectional perspective that includes history, politics, queer theory, and more. These illuminating talks will deepen the way audiences engage with the internet's boyfriend and solidify his place as one of the most talented performers in Generation X, and far beyond.

"What is the Matrix? Have you ever had a dream that you were so sure was real? What if you couldn't awaken? How would you know the difference between dream and reality? When a beautiful stranger leads computer hacker Neo to a forbidding underworld, he discovers the shocking truth--the life he knows is the elaborate deception of an evil cyber-intelligence. Neo joins legendary and dangerous rebel warrior Morpheus in the battle to destroy the illusion enslaving humanity. Now, every move, every second, every thought becomes a fight to stay alive--to escape The Matrix."
