Join us for one of our two upcoming pre-application workshops for the 730 Stanyan affordable housing development! These workshops are designed to equip you with essential knowledge to be ready to apply for this development, as well as future housing opportunities on the DAHLIA housing portal. We will cover the key information you need to have ready to complete a successful application once the application is available. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your readiness!

730 Stanyan has 160 planned units for extremely low to low-income families!

- Unit sizes: Studio, 1, 2, 3 bedrooms

- AMI range: 25% - 80% AMI

- Rent ranges: $786 - $2998 per month

Application Readiness Workshop 1 : May 19, 1-2pm (Seniors highly encouraged to attend!)

Application Readiness Workshop 2: May 28, 6-7pm (Working families highly encouraged to attend!)

We will be raffling off $250 worth of gift cards at each workshop.
