Discover the AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program, a child-focused initiative that connects older adults (55+) with children to support their development and literacy through tutoring, mentoring, and positive interaction.

Learn how volunteers are matched with children in childcare and school settings, engaging in one-on-one activities, group sessions, and creative play. This rewarding program provides income-eligible volunteers with a tax-free stipend.

This presentation is for San Francisco residents interested in volunteering. Get details on eligibility, benefits, and the lasting impact you can have on children’s lives while making a difference in your community.
