Many ADHDers have made impressive efforts to declutter their spaces. Yet, the advice they’ve found hasn’t quite worked out as planned. Join Judith Dold, ADHD Coach and Certified Professional Organizer®, to learn how to organize with ADHD in mind. In this presentation, you’ll:

  • Learn a model explaining how the ADHD brain works differently than it does for neurotypicals.
  • Discover why traditional organizing tips may not have worked.
  • Find critical missing components of decluttering with ADHD.
  • Learn how the essential decluttering process can be tweaked for ADHD.
  • Have time to discuss your most common roadblocks and how to move past them.

Walk away with a renewed sense of confidence, knowing how you’ll conquer the clutter so you can spend more time this year doing what you love.

Since 2015, Judith Dold, ADHD Coach and Certified Professional Organizer®, has been helping clients organize their lives so they can get on with living.
