Explore different writing prompts and guided meditations that help you come into different body parts and write from them. Access different knowings from writing from your body as opposed to just the rational mind and forehead as we practice free-flowing, embodied writing with optional sharing to connect with other participants. This process will help you breakthrough blocks as we access the wisdom of our bodies and words.
Feel free to bring any writing instruments of your choosing. Paper and pencils will also be provided.
