Learn beginning Mandarin and Chinese culture with this series of eight adult classes, taught by an experienced teacher and coordinated through the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco and Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning/Chinese Cultural Learning Center. All materials are provided. Space limited. Reservations required: 415-355-5638. 

Please only reserve a space if you can commit to attending all classes. Classes take place every Saturday from June 7 - July 26. 

No prior experience with Mandarin necessary. This class introduces students to Mandarin pronunciation, tones, basic Chinese characters, grammar patterns and conversation.

Students have an opportunity to learn about topics including greetings, family, community, hobbies, dining, weather and traveling.
