Do you care about making LGBTQ+ books more accessible? Are you a Spanish speaker who is LGBTQ+? Or are you an ally of LGBTQ+ communities? Help us improve a newly developed resource, the Spanish Homosaurus. The Homosaurus is a set of terms that libraries use to make books, archives and other resources findable to users in the catalog. After a brief introduction to the Homosaurus, we’ll form small groups where attendees can offer feedback and make suggestions for new Spanish-language LGBTQ+ terms. This workshop will be in English and Spanish. Light refreshments provided.
