Learn how to use a vintage typewriter and create a freshly typed work to take home. Machines, paper and correction ribbon will be supplied. No registration required; everyone can type on a first come, first served basis.
About the presenter: Edward Pollard holds a BA in English with honors from California State University Los Angeles. He worked in editorial in magazine publishing for 12 years and has taught English as a Second Language (ESL) classes in Budapest, Hungary for 2 years. He is also fluent in German and currently typing a novel on a 1912 Corona No. 3 folding typewriter.
