Take charge of your diabetes with the Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP): A 6-week workshop for individuals who have diabetes (or pre-diabetes), as well as family members or friends interested in learning more about these conditions.

Learn proven ways to take control of your diabetes and improve your quality of life, including:

• Understanding diabetes and meeting your short-term and long-term goals
• Monitoring your body and taking medications
• Eating healthy and exercising to prevent complications
• Managing stress and improving communication with healthcare providers and caregivers

Presented by On Lok. Classes meet once a week and are 2 hours long. DEEP is a certified diabetes self-management education program accredited by the American Diabetes Association. Reservation is required. Click here to sign-up.
