Join us for a summer Tai Chi series! Sessions will take place every second and fourth Saturday 

from 2 to 3 PM, running from June 2025 to September 2025.

Learn and practice Tai Chi - a gentle, slow moving form of exercise and meditation - with skilled instructor Richard Fong. 

Tai Chi may help improve your overall health, fitness, balance, flexibility, coordination, posture and mental well being.

Attending Programs

All programs are drop-in (no registration necessary) unless otherwise noted. All SFPL locations are wheelchair accessible. For accommodations (such as ASL), call (415) 557-4557 or contact accessibility@sfpl.org. Requesting at least 3 business days in advance will help ensure availability.

This program will be conducted in English unless otherwise noted.
